Close encounter of the tango kind

Alien finds human connection.

One wheel too many in beautiful Budapest.

I thought to connect two hobbies of mine - electric unicycling and tango dancing - with this short fiction, which depicts an initially free and lonely alien, who gets lured into a dance evening by the tango music he hears from the distance, and finds a human connection through dancing. The scene starts at the Liberty Statue of the Citadella on Gellért Hill, from where the alien rushes through Budapest on his UFO wheel to arrive to a dance night in front of the National Gallery on the Castle Hill.

The dance we see is argentine tango and the dance event is a called an argentine tango milonga. For seven years I used to organize this outdoors milonga every summer in the Castle together with Endre and Konrad (this year the milonga was only held once so far, hosted by Endre and Andi). I believe this is the most beautiful outside milonga location in the world, and it is also popular with other social dances (salsa, bachata, swing, rock and roll, wedding dances), flashmobs, and other cultural events as well.

Our dance is neither choreographed nor pre-arranged, I only met and asked the partner I'm dancing with when I arrived to the milonga. (Special thanks again Sz for daring to partner up with an alien! :) ) All filming and editing was done by myself, in one take, with one cut, using a GoPro. The wheel is a KingSong KS 16x.
