Ingredients:
Flan Mixture:
8 egg yolks
1 can (370mL) evaporated milk
1 can (300mL) condensed milk

Jelly Flan:
2 cups water
¼ cup sugar
½ pack (12g) yellow unflavored gulaman

Ube Jelly Flan:
2 cups water
¼ cup sugar
½ pack (12g) white unflavored gulaman
1 tsp ube flavor

*Grated cheese for topping
*Makes 15 cups
