I was shocked to have discovered so many vegetarian local dishes in Beijing, China, which were readily available. In this video, I tried showcasing all of those and my experiences with local Chinese restaurants and others.

In the quest of exploring the local dishes, I stumbled upon some of the best things, and they surely made my trip all the more comfortable.

However, being prepared with alternative options like carrying ready to eat food packets for the times when you don't find anything to eat as per your taste or mood is essential. I always carry readymade food packets and wish not to use them, and in this trip, I didn't use them at all :)

These places or eateries are available right outside some of the famous spots.

The Summer Palace - Luangpi & Jianbing
The Temple of Heaven - Mughal Darbar
Hou hai - Durian Cheesecake, Tornado Potatoes and also there is an amazing bakery called Paris Baguette, must try for sure.
Sanlitun - Ganges Indian Restaurant and lots of other
