Crafting Herbal Healing Salves & Falling for a Wisconsin Dream Farm | Finding Midwest Ep . 3

Formula to Infuse OIls with Herbs
- Oil: 8 fluid ounces (Choose from options like olive oil, coconut oil, or almond oil)
- Plant Material: 1 ounce (Dry herbs preferred)
- Alcohol: 0.5 ounces of 190 proof ethyl alcohol

Instructions:
1. Grind, blend or macerate the herbs to sand texture
2. Combine the plant material with the alcohol. Shake well and let it sit for 48 hours
2. Blend the alcohol-infused plant material with your choice of oil for 5 minutes
3. Transfer the mixture to a glass jar
4. Let it sit for another 48 hours in a dehydrator at 100F (optional)
4. Finally, store the infusion in a dark space for a week to mature
