Thank you for setting me up with healing herbs and a steam machine to help me fight this sinus infection. 🌿

The reason why I fell in love with herbalism a few years back is because I discovered it could help me avoid getting sick from every virus I came in contact with. I went from catching every cold my kids brought home to maybe getting sick once or twice a year. A huge change when you consider that every time I get a cold I end up developing a lingering sinus infection. I couldn’t keep up!

So las week I caught what I hope will be the only cold of this season and low a behold, now a week later here I am fighting a sinus infection. And this one is a big one 🫠 Our town is dry and covered in ashes since the Bridge Fire burned the surrounding areas and Friday’s wind made things much worse.

I’ll be steaming today to allow these wise herbs to support me in reducing inflammation and congestion and help prevent bacterial infections from developing further. 🌿
