This is day 1 of a 2 night trip I took with my friend Denis from Last Seen Exploring. Denis is also a Jimny fanatic who enjoys camping, however he’s also into photography. This is why some of the video looks different (better) to my normal videos. Denis kindly shot most of this video on his flashy Sony camera. I took some shots on my iPhone as normal, you can probably notice which parts :)

On day 2 we headed to Kielder forest with the hope of capturing an awesome photograph of The Milky Way. Unfortunately, all we captured was 1 thousand midge bites! Q: What was that awful noise the car made at the start?
A: Sometimes when I engage 4L and the 4WD light appears on the dashboard it must not be engaged correctly. When I put the car back into Drive from Neutral it goes crazy. I’m not certain why this happens but it has happened a few times since owning the car. Most likely it’s user error… I hope.

Q: Why are you not talking?
A: I've nothing to say that's worth saying directly to the camera.

Q: Why are you lighting a fire?
A: I’m camped on a campsite with permission to light fires to cook food.

Q: Why do you add Japanese subtitles?
A: The Jimny is a Japanese car and the subtitles are a gesture for viewers from Japan.
