A lady informed us about a paralyzed stray dog in a neighborhood. There was Frankie, trying to survive, to find food and water. We took him under our care. Vet examined him and told us that he has an old injury at his hips and his back legs doesn't bend. We don't know what happened to him and he is in this situation.
Our goal is to find a wonderful family to adopt Frankie...
