Remarkable for Teachers and Educators - can a note taking e-reader replace my teacher planner?

Wanted one for some time but now it is the right price!

It's low on processing power, low on features, but that makes it low on distractions!

It's going to replace a lot of paper!

Aiming to replace my planner! Write stuff down that I do want to see again, but they get buried! I've always said my digital desktop is tidy! I'm better at Keeping folder structures than paper piles!

Usefulness may depend on the battery life!

I really like it. But the devil is in the comparison. What can it do compared to an iPad or tablet? And the apple pencil is very good (both generations.)

£200 tablet £400 iPad!
Can't even surf the net, or watch videos. That's not what it's for.
You can read web articles but you need to load them via the app. Which is not the way we browse the web!

Charge every 3 days. So might the iPad. Depends on you use though.

Depends what you have and what you need.
Doesn't replace a laptop or tablet. Far from it.

If you have other things, maybe get this.
Difficulty right now. So many sizes of device.
Have a large phone, do you need a tablet? Have an iPad, do you need a laptop? Have a desktop, do you need a laptop?

Not for sharing text! No colour! It's for personal note taking.

Perhaps if you wanted an ereader as well, but you need to be happy with pdf or epub. So public domain, or smashwords!

I love it. But you need to know it's right for you.
