Tuna Ceviche with Tostadas

Here's my first attempt at a cooking video. There's so many ways to enjoy eating SBT but I think raw or close to raw is one of my favourites. This video includes some dodgy chef skills, random bowl spinning and an unplanned streaker but finishes strong with a delicious outcome.
