Leila Janah and Felix Oldenburg will pick up where previous panels on the future of work have left off and discuss the changes we are facing in our work life. A relevant question is whether the social consequences of changes in the job market should be overseen and balanced out by socially-oriented businesses, or whether we need stronger political regulations and frameworks. Leila Janah is the CEO of Samasource, a company that seeks to enable the provision of equal opportunities for all people when it comes to access to education, work and health care. She will be talking to Felix Oldenburg (Ashoka), who will draw on the findings of a study that Ashoka co-authored with McKinsey using case studies.
