What to expect at Chihkan Tower in Tainan (friendly homeless man encounter!) | Taiwan Travel Vlog

In this video, I crack jokes from my hotel to the Chihkan Tower area while I was recently traveling in Tainan, Taiwan. We see what the streets around it are like, the cost of some delicious bubble tea, and a brief encounter across the street from a friendly homeless local (who SPOILER ALERT appears again at the end of the video). Once at the tower I show the different prices for entry, the process of entering, and then what to expect with the grounds. I also show and explain the divination stone process to see if I am worthy of getting a pencil from the Taoist god of studying.
