How To Make Traditional Armenian Ghapama (ՂԱԲԱՄԱ)

1 2.5/3kg pumpkin (jack or kent)
2 cups jasmine rice
3 granny smith apples
1/4 cup sultanas
1/2 cup dry apricots
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup honey
150g melted butter
