How to Install Windows 11 from ISO.
This is the Windows 11 Beta testing release and it is now available for the Microsoft Insider program to test and install from .ISO disk image.

This video shows how to install from ISO in a virtual machine.
If you install directly on your PC it should not be your main computer PC as this is not stable enough to use as a main operating system.

Soon it should be available and the setup process would not change much if at all.
If you install directly, you will have to make a bootable USB drive with Rufus and choose the ISO you downloaded to be installed on the USB flash drive.

Normally the Media Creation Tool will do all the steps for you to create the USB flash drive.
If you install from ISO in a virtual PC, all you have to do is mount the ISO as a DVD drive on the guest operating system and it will boot from the ISO file as if it was a CD/DVD.
