Update 12/28/2020!
After many requests I am adding the recipes for this video! If I have enough characters I’ll add the recipe for all three dishes.

Mustard Fried Chicken:
1 Large Tray of Chicken Legs, approximately 12 pieces
Mustard
Hot Sauce
Black Pepper
Seasoning Salt
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Parsley Flakes

Flour For Dredging Chicken:
2 Cups Self Rising Flour
2 Cups Corn Starch
1 Teaspoon Parsley Flakes
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
Peanut Oil

First! Wash the chicken throughly using whatever cleaning method that you like being sure to remove the yellow caps and feathers!
Place the chicken inside a bowl.
Wearing gloves, add the mustard to the chicken then the hot sauce. Be generous! Next add each spice to your liking approximately 1 teaspoons each if I had to guess. Mix everything together and sit to the side.
In another bowl add the flour, corn starch and the remaining seasonings. Mix well!
Start heating your oil in a good frying pan.
Dredge chicken in flour mixture. Once the oil is hot start adding chicken to the frying pan. To test the oil to make sure it’s hot enough take a pinch of flour and toss it in the hot oil. If it sizzles and fries you’re good to go. Add 6 pieces at a time. Cook until the chicken has an internal temp of 165 - 170 degrees F checked with a kitchen thermometer. Place chicken on a cooling rack to cool. Repeat with the remaining chicken until you have cooked all of it.

Broccoli Casserole:
2 Small Bags Frozen Broccoli Crowns
16 Ounces Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
1 Tablespoon Dukes Mayo
1 Small Can Campbells Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Medium Onion, chopped
1 1/2 Sticks of Butter, separate and melted
2 Rolls of Ritz Crackers, crushed

Boil broccoli for about 5 minutes after it comes to a full boil. Drain water and place the broccoli in a bowl. Add most of the cheese, saving some to top the casserole. Add onion, 1/2 stick of melted butter, Mayo, mushroom soup and mix well.
Spray a 9X13 inch baking dish with nonstick spray. Pour the casserole filling into the dish smoothing out so that it’s even. Top with the remaining cheese. In another bowl add the remaining melted butter and the crushed Ritz crackers. Toss until we’ll coated. Sprinkle on top of the casserole. Bake at 350 Degrees F for 1 hour.

Fried Cabbage:
1 Large to Medium Head of Cabbage, sliced and washed
Fat Back or Bacon Drippings
1 Cup Water to start, add more during the cooking process as necessary.
1 Teaspoon Sugar
Salt and Pepper to taste

In a medium to large frying pan, depends on how much cabbage you are cooking, add the drippings over medium heat.
Once good and hot start adding cabbage. Once all of the cabbage is in the frying pan add 1 cup of water. Place a lid on the pot so that the cabbage can start to sweat down. Once the cabbage has started to sweat down check the water level adding more water if necessary. Add sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Let the cabbage cook until it’s your desired doneness but not until it’s mushy. This takes practice but if you keep cooking the cabbage over time yours will be perfect to your taste. I usually let mine cook all the way down to the grease. Sometimes I scorch the cabbage to give you a true fried cabbage taste. Enjoy!
