Original Sacramento Arena opening event promo- 9/85

It was a big deal when Sacramento got its own basketball team. There's been 3 arenas built for them- the first was only temporary and is now an office building, the first public event held there was a fashion show for charity. Sacramento Arena was soon renamed Arco Arena and then moved to a more permanent building that was used until the Golden One Arena was built downtown and the old arena demolished.
