BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE
• Banana 2 Pill and put in Mixer Jars
• Milk 1 cups
• Add 2 to 3 Tablespoons Milk Over Banana in Mixture Jars and Blend
• Add 1 cups Blueberry Over Milk and Banana and Blend
• Add 1 Tablespoons Honey (or Sugar)
• And Blend until soft Smooth
• Add chia Seeds and mix well
• Pour into glass
• Keep in fridge for Cool and Serve
• Soft Smooth Blueberry Smoothie
HEALTHY FIG SMOOTHIE
• Dry Fig 10 to 11 pieces Soaked into water Overnight
• Milk 1 Cups (250 ml) boiled and make Room Temperature
• In Mixer Jars Add 4 Ounces Almonds
• Add 2 or 3 Ounces Dates into Mixer Jars and Blend
• Add Soak Fig and Blend
• Add Milk and Honey 1 Tablespoons and Blend until smooth creamy
• pours into glass and Garnish with Fig Chop
