PISTACHIO KUNAFA
• SUGAR SYRUP (CHACHANI)
• Heat Pan Water 4 Cup
• Sugar 500 grams (make Thick Sugar syrup) crystal with 1 Teaspoon milk
• CUSTARD
• Milk 500 ml boiled
• Add Sugar 1/2 cup
• Remove 1 cup milk in bowl
• Add 1/2 Cup Corn Flour into milk and mix well add in boiling milk
• Add Cheese Cubes 3 pieces into boiled milk mix Well
• PAN To KUNAFA
• 1 cups vermicelli and Butter 2 Teaspoon and roast for 1 minute give round Shape Kunafa
• Layer of Custard and Cinnamon Powder Sprinkle then Pistachios Powder all over the Custard
• On Top again layer Vermicelli
• Put Ghee all the side and Cook Until Vermicelli Colour change to light brown (for 2 to 3minutes in medium low Flame )
• Filip on another pan and put ghee all side and sugar syrup 1 Tablespoon cook for 2 minutes (low flame)light brown colour come
• Garnish with Pistachios powder and sugar syrup as needed
• Soft Custard with Pistachio and roasted Vermicelli ghee give Smooth and crunchy bites
