La plupart des réactions exécutées par les chimistes dans leurs recherches et dans les processus industriels, ainsi que la plupart de celles observées dans la nature ,surviennent en solution. L'ouvrage intitulé Équilibres en solution de R.Jacquier, M. Maurin, G.Lamaty et J.Soulier des éditions Dunod, présente l'essentiel des notions correspondant aux principaux types de réactions susceptibles de se produire en solution ,en se limitant au cas des solutions aqueuses.Pour chaque type de réaction étudié (acido-basique, précipitation, complexation, oxydoréduction), les aspects théoriques sont donnés avec des exemples numériques développés permettant de bien assimiler les notions présentées. Most of the reactions performed by chemists in their research and in industrial processes, as well as most of those observed in nature, occur in solution. The work entitled Équilibres en solution by R.Jacquier, M. Maurin, G.Lamaty and J.Soulier from Dunod editions, presents the main concepts corresponding to the main types of reactions likely to occur in solution, limiting itself to case of aqueous solutions. For each type of reaction studied (acid-base, precipitation, complexation, oxidation- reduction ), the theoretical aspects are given with developed numerical examples allowing to assimilate the concepts presented. At the end of each chapter, a whole series of exercises is proposed whose detailed solutions are given at the end of the booklet. This work is to be recommended more especially to the students of the first university year of Sciences, Medicine and Pharmacy and to those of preparation for the great scientific schools.
