Woolly Mammoth #shorts
Researchers have taken an unprecedented peek into the life of the woolly mammoth. Using a 17,000 year-old tusk and isotopic data, the international team was able to match its movements and diet with isotopic maps. During the 28 years the mammoth was alive, it covered enough of the Alaska landscape to almost circle the earth twice.
