North York: Car riddled with bullets near playground 6-20-2015

At 4h pm today emergency crews responded to the report of a shooting in the parking lot of an apartment complex located on San Pietro Way in North York. Upon arrival police and rescue failed to locate a victim but found a car that was shot up multiple times. In the images, bullet holes can be seen in the windshield and on the front right side of the car. Shell casings lay just in front of the bullet riddled vehicle, an older beige Honda Accord with tinted windows. Investigators in plain clothes talk to residents of the apartment and canvass the crime scene. Toronto police have set up a perimeter with crime tape around a children playground. Kids and family came out of there house and witnesses give their reports to officers. The shooting happened on a beautiful sunny day on a busy street in the Islington and Steeles area.
