Fresh Minto Chocolate Chip Ice Cream with Cuisinart Machine | wa's Kitchen

I finally got some fresh mint from my balcony planters, so I made this ice cream :-) Please give it a try! Also get our other recipes on the website :

Ingredients :
- 1 egg yolk
- 10g or more of fresh mint leaves
- 350ml whole milk
- 65g white sugar
- 30g inverted sugar
- 200ml heavy cream/whipping cream
For the chocolate chips :
- 80g chocolate
