Setting goals is an extremely important first step when starting a fitness journey. Many people make the mistake of not being clear about their goals or setting UNREALISTIC goals when they start out. Not being clear about your own personal fitness goals will prevent you from creating a logical plan to achieve the goals you truly want to achieve. The first step is also to evaluate what your current situation is... i.e. what your bodyfat % or weight is, what your eating habits look like, etc. And then determining what it is you're actually trying to achieve and what you're willing to do to achieve those goals. Blindly working out and/or dieting without going through this first step might not get you the results that you actually want. Figure out what you want first and base your plan off of that 🤘

Also sharing my thoughts on "commentary" channels 😒 not all are bad and there is no doubt value to those types of channels... but man, some are just downright biased hate mongers...
just wish more of them would try harder to be objective.
