Hey there! This week's recipe is the fluffy, soft, rich and decadent but still light and airy combo, a classic from the Japanese bakery LeTAO's Double Fromage.

The upper layer is creamy smooth no-bake cheesecake (more like a mascarpone mousse) and the lower layer is rich, tasty baked cheesecake with a sponge cake layer to add texture. There maybe a few steps to making this cake, but it is so worth it. It just melts in your mouth, you have to try it out!!!
