Slow Cooker Cuban Ropa Vieja or Cuban shredded Beef

Hi and welcome back! Today I made for you my version of Cuban ropa vieja in a slow cooker! It doesn't take long to put together, and it's amazing!

Here are the ingredients:
3 lb beef eye round roast
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon thyme
1 teaspoon black pepper
Pinch of red pepper flakes
1 red bell pepper, seeded and sliced
1 green bell pepper, seeded and sliced
1 1/2 white onions sliced
1 14 oz can petite diced tomatoes
6 oz tomato sauce
