Grilled Churrasco with Chimichurri Sauce

Welcome back! Today I made for you my recipe for churrasco with chimichurri sauce.
Here are the ingredients:
For the churrasco(skirt steak or flap meat steak)
2 pounds churrasco or skirt steak
7 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon oregano
A pinch of red pepper flakes
2 teaspoons dried rosemary
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/2teaspoon black pepper
3 tablespoons olive oil

For the chimichurri sauce:
1 cup of cilantro
4 garlic cloves
1 cup parsley
Aprox 1 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon oregano
Salt to taste
1/4 of a medium red onion
1 teaspoon black pepper
