Kung Fu Combo - Short Staff Technique:

In this kung fu combo, we will be using the short staff which was taught as a means of self defense utilizing the common shoulder pole or wooden yoke to carry belongings or supplies. The short staff is an excellent kung fu training weapon as it forces the body to work together and stay connected when striking.
