My braces journey wearing Damon system from 9 Mar 2018 - 27 July 2020
First week of braces: I can't eat regular food, only porridge will do. I lost weight for the first month of wearing braces which about 3 kgs. =D I had ulcers all over my mouth and the soft tissue scratched, it was soo uncomfortable and daunted. I also had lots and lots of pimples and breakouts on my face. such a challenging month!

Things got so much better after a month. however, when the spring was installed, I can't even pronounced words with "s" and "f". I feel annoyed when people keep asking for me to repeat what I said. hahaah horrible!

I did my braces in Malaysia specifically in Bangi Selangor and got good treatment from my clinic. I am really blessed and realized strong will that I possessed within myself just by wearing braces.
I am really happy with the result, feel more confident and looking younger than before =D currently I am turning to 32 years old.
