Firewood, food, social benefits. This is not a complete list of what the Ukrainian state provides in the frontline cities and villages. On the eve of winter, the authorities are resuming the heating system destroyed by the Russian occupiers, bringing firewood for stoves and food to places where it is impossible to buy it.
