From Bullied Teen, To Helping Others: An ITE Student's Transformation

Adrift, unmotivated to study, and unable to fit in in secondary school, this teenager was desperate to find a purpose in life - until she heard about ELEVATE, a programme where Institute of Technical Education (ITE) students use the vocational skills they learn in class to help the community.

Working with AWWA and Care Corner Singapore, she was assigned to teach children from low-income families drawing and digital animation. It changed her life - and inspired her with a new calling.
