Big Bob Gibson opened in 1925, and has smoked their meats over hickory wood ever since opening. Chris also shares the secret of their chicken rub and it's so simple. Robby has the pleasure of dunking the smoked chicken in the white sauce, and gets to taste the fruits of his labor.
