TOXIC WIND: This Is What Shalimar Has Become

This isn’t a monsoon. This is reclaimed wastewater, chemical sediment, and dead land—now airborne.

Captured at the collapsed Shalimar Golf Course in Tempe, Arizona, this footage shows toxic dust rising from what used to be a protected wildlife corridor. That cloud? It’s loaded with:
• PFAS (“forever chemicals”)
• Heavy metals
• Pesticide and fertilizer residue
• Pathogen-laced topsoil
• And zero oversight

This didn’t happen overnight. It happened because the water was cut off, the land was abandoned, and city officials looked the other way.

⚠️ No fencing
⚠️ No warning signs
⚠️ No remediation
⚠️ Just a toxic storm drifting into homes, lungs, and lives.

This is Exhibit V in my legal case against the owners and the City of Tempe. And it’s just the beginning.
