This video documents active irrigation-related water surfacing and saturated ground conditions within a utility easement corridor adjacent to the former Shalimar Golf Course property in Tempe, Arizona.

Visible observations include:

* Surface water discharge during irrigation operation
* Saturated and visibly soft/spongy soil conditions
* Water migration through the utility corridor area
* Conditions occurring in close proximity to SRP electrical infrastructure and underground utilities

The affected corridor contains:

* SRP electrical infrastructure
* Residential power service lines
* Telecommunications infrastructure
* Recorded utility easements adjacent to residential property

Subsequent documentation from the same corridor later recorded:

* widening ground separation,
* progressive soil cracking,
* void formation,
* and continued instability following irrigation shutdown.
