CROSTATA SBRICIOLATA BOUNTY di Benedetta Ricetta Facile Coconut Crumble Pie Easy Recipe -

Ricetta facile per una torta morbida al cocco e cioccolato ispirata al famoso snack.  La crostata sbriciolata ha una consistenza croccante all'esterno e un cuore di morbida crema al cocco. Un dolce per bambini che conquisterà tutti! Inoltre l'impasto sbriciolato si prepara con le mani ed è un modo simpatico per coinvolgere i bambini nella preparazione. Vediamo insieme la ricetta per questo dolce al cocco.

INGREDIENTI
Per la frolla sbriciolata:
350 g farina
50 g di cacao amaro
100 g di zucchero
1 bustina di lievito per dolci
2 uova
120 g di burro a temperatura ambiente

Per il ripieno al cocco:
1/2 litro di latte
40 g di amido di mais
100 g di zucchero
60 g di farina di cocco
1 bustina di vanillina o estratto di vaniglia
 
🇬🇧 INGREDIENTS 🇬🇧
For the crumble dough:
350 g of flour
50 g of bitter cocoa
100 g of sugar
1 bag of baking powder
2 eggs
120 g of butter at room temperature

For the coconut cream:
1/2 liter of milk
40 g corn starch
100 g of sugar
60 g of coconut flour
Vanilla Powder or vanilla Extract
