Trailer: Minor 'Creative Strategies for a Society in Change'

In the minor Creative Strategies for a Society in Change, students look at the world through the eyes of artists and apply methods and strategies from the arts to reflect on the world and take action in it. The minor includes a program of essay films and lectures in Filmhuis Den Haag and a workgroup in which the students produce their own short essay film. Artists and theorists also give lectures on activism for social and ecological justice (in the lecture series Social and Ecological Justice Activism in the Visual Arts) and there is a workgroup in which this subject is discussed in more depth and in a more practical way.

The students were enthusiastic about the program, as evidenced by this trailer that eight of the students made together.
