Cop Draws Gun at Man He Believes Stole Mentos
Surveillance footage captured an off-duty cop drawing his loaded gun after he mistakenly believed that a man shoplifted a $1.19 pack of Mentos candy in California. The incident happened two months ago, but now surveillance footage has emerged and is causing outrage. While waiting for his change, customer Jose Arreola took the candy and put it into his pocket. That's when the off-duty cop pulled out his gun, never realizing the mints had been paid for. Arreola told him he paid for the candy. #InsideEdition
