Standing Lumbar Rolls #spinemobility #multiplesclerosis #exercise

I love this drill, it’s one of my favorite. Your goal is to slowly move your spine/trunk through 360 degrees of spinal goodness.

As you move:
- Go slow and try to feel every degree of freedom. This will help your brain feel safe at multiple spinal angles.
- Move your shoulder in and bend forward – BREATHE OUT. As you stand back up – BREATHE IN.
- If you pain at any time, SLOW DOWN and move gently through that joint angle.

When you do this drill correctly and often, it will effectively decrease:
- Low back pain
- Mid back pain
- Neck pain
- Hip pain
- Balance
