Sarah Vaughan - Just Friends - 12 July 1981 • World of Jazz

"Just Friends" is a popular song that has become a jazz standard. The song was written in 1931 by John Klenner with lyrics by Sam M. Lewis.
Sarah Vaugan performed it during her concert at the North Sea Jazz Festival 1981.

Sarah Lois Vaughan (March 27, 1924 – April 3, 1990) was an American jazz singer, described by Scott Yanow as having "one of
the most wondrous voices of the 20th century."
This concert at the North Sea Jazz Festival was recorded on 12 July 1981.
