VDO ST443-3 Nozzle Area Position Indicator test. The instrument is from a Panavia Tornado fighter jet air plane.

Power supply: 115 VAC 400 Hz at pins J and K.
Signal input at pins E and F.

For this demonstration is a 400,1 Hz 20 Vpp signal set at pins E and F with reduced power supply voltage to get a full deflection. Usually a 180...360 degrees phase shift at the (400 Hz) input results in 0...100% deflection. But since I can't generate a swept phase shift, I 'cheated' by using a 0,1 Hz frequency offset so obtain the same deflection...
