Bauer 56367 DA Polisher vibration fix for $50 and 15 minutes - Save your hands!

After doing a full 2 step paint correction in my video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Mugaky6_R8 I discovered that the vibration from the tool is almost unbearable if you're going to use it for any extended period of time. I decided to do something about it. Upgrade the backing plate and add some high quality grease and it makes a world of difference.
