The Excellence Playa Mujeres in Cancun is a true 5 star hotel. The service, greetings and smiles given by the entire staff was amazing! Beautiful grounds and plenty of pools. Wake up early to reserve a prime spot by your favorite pool or you’ll be out of luck. The spa is also second to none. The food was brought out and presented with a true culinary delight, however almost every single meal needed salt. So ask for salt as soon as you sit down and you can’t go wrong. I recommend asking for additional pillows as well. Overall an amazing time!
