960 miles.

2 bereaved parents
One bathtub.

Covered in rubber ducks… each one carrying the name of a loved one gone too soon.

Today I’m walking with that bath through Scotland amd couldnt resist shouting a phrase from one of my boggest inspirations that got me through some of my darkest days, when I lost Jake.

“Who’s gonna carry the boats and the logs?”

Because when life hits you the hardest… that’s when you find out who you are.

I didn’t choose this pain.
But I chose not to let it take me out.

So I carry it. Every step. Every mile.

For Sean. For Jake. For every family walking this path.

Massive respect to David Goggins — your mindset has helped more people than you’ll ever know, including me.
