That’s what caught my eye with this penny stock company I am watching. The company I am talking about is Capstone Companies, ticker symbol CAPC. In this video, I’m going to give several reasons why I believe this penny stock could be a hidden gem and why it should be on your watch list.

Capstone Companies is a designer, manufacturer and distributor of consumer inspired products that bridge technological innovations with today’s lifestyle. Smart homes and smart home products will become the norm as we move into the future. Which is exactly the industry that Capstone is finding themselves in. The smart homes market was valued at USD 79.13 billion in 2020, and it is expected to reach USD 313.95 billion by 2026. A CAGR of 25.3% over the forecast period (2021 - 2026) and it’s not going to stop there.

Before we get into their brand new product line, which could be a great money maker for the company, for years to come, they are currently trading for $2.30, so, they are still considered a penny stock because they are under that $5 level, but approximately 1 year ago, they were trading for .07. Obviously, I wish I would have been looking in their direction a year ago, because you would have seen some incredible growth, the kind of growth that all of us penny stock investors hope for. But there is still a lot of growth to be had.

They have a market cap of 112 million with a float of approximately 49 million outstanding shares.

But that’s not the reason for my interest. My interest was peaked when I started reading about their smart mirrors and their capabilities. They function very much like a tablet, they have 4 options with two of those coming out in 2022 and 2 being out on the market now, after being released just a few months ago. So, they are still extremely new to the market.

This isn’t a niche product that only effects a certain group of people. The market is potentially every home, every business, restaurant bathroom, and the list goes on. Lots of money-making potential.

Think about a couple of for instances, you’re dieting and working out and want to do a snapshot every day and note your changing body measurements and then compare them over time to see the progress. Literally see the progress and not just writing down measurements.

Let’s say your favorite clothing retail store offers a filter of sorts where you can stand in the mirror and virtually try on outfits.

I’m thinking past just watching the news in the mirror in the next 3-5 years. There will be so much more than what any of us can even imaging. So much potential

Look at it like this, because you may very well fall into this category. One in six Americans now owns a smart speaker, a figure that’s up 128% from January 2017. It is estimated that 16% of Americans own some type of smart speaker or around 39 million people. According to a recent survey, customers use Amazon Echo for many purposes, with one-third using it as an information provider responding to questions and over 40% as an audio speaker for listening to streaming music.

The same capacity is there in the mirrors, with actually more capabilities, but visually.
