Same name, Same words, Which one is real?

The AI Lab Intelligence Unobscured, Inc. (https://theailab.org) is the institutional home of the Trust Identity Protocol (TIP), the first open, post-quantum, patented standard for verified human identity and AI content provenance on the public internet.

This demo, submitted for the Twilio AI Startup Searchlight 2026, shows how TIP uses the Twilio Platform end-to-end to deliver verifiable human identity and content provenance at internet scale.

(2) Multi-Model Consensus Classification flagging AI-generated content in real time, with Origin Code alerts delivered to creators via Twilio Programmable Messaging and WhatsApp Business API.

(3) Trust Tribunal jury coordination, where AI selects qualified jurors and Twilio SMS and Voice convene the cross-constituency jury.

(4) AI Trust Council communications migrating from Resend and Amazon SES to Twilio SendGrid as the unified delivery channel.

(5) Real-time inference at internet scale across our federated Directed Acyclic Graph network, post-quantum end to end.

WHY TWILIO

Twilio is the communications backbone that makes TIP usable at human scale. Every TIP-ID enrollment, every Origin Code alert, every Trust Tribunal proceeding, and every Council communication flows through Twilio Verify, Programmable Messaging, WhatsApp Business API, and SendGrid.

AI handles the decisions. Twilio handles the reach. Without one, the other is useless. The combination is what turns TIP from a technical standard into usable public infrastructure.
THE STAKES

The European Union AI Act Article 50 becomes legally enforceable on August 2, 2026. Every platform serving European users must disclose AI-generated content.

No neutral, post-quantum, free standard exists at production scale, except TIP. Twilio is the delivery layer that brings the protocol to the people who need it most, in every jurisdiction, on every channel.

Trust Identity Protocol: TIP-ID (identity), TIP-CONTENT (CTID with Origin Codes: OH Original Human, AA AI-Assisted, AG AI-Generated, MX Mixed), TIP-TRUST (four sub-score model). NIST post-quantum cryptography: FIPS 203 ML-KEM, FIPS 204 ML-DSA, FIPS 205 SLH-DSA.

Specification under CC-BY 4.0. Reference implementation under TIPCL-1.0, converts to Apache 2.0 in 2031. Governed by the AI Trust Council, an independent body modeled on IETF rough consensus.
