THE PENALTY SCALE FOR MISLABELED AI CONTENT:

- Creator labels fully AI-generated content as AI-Assisted: 25-point penalty
- Creator labels fully AI-generated content as partially human-made: 40-point penalty
- Creator claims fully AI-generated content is 100 percent human-made: up to 100-point penalty on a first offense
