3/4 cup water
2 medjool dates
1 tbsp flaxseeds
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tbsp turmeric tea mix (link below)
1/4 tbsp cinnamon powder
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen pineapple

3 tbsp popped amaranth
handful of cashewnuts
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp raw cacao nibs
