I’m Jeanne Love-Spotts, a nurse and your emotional healing guide through this process of gentle self-restoration.
Shame is one of the heaviest emotions the body holds.
It hides behind perfectionism, self-criticism, and the quiet belief that you are not enough.
In this session, you’ll begin to release shame through self-compassion and awareness.
As you breathe into what was once hidden, the body begins to soften and the heart opens.
Through mindful breathing, body awareness, and the REHM emotional healing practice, you’ll transform shame into dignity, softness, and trust in your own worthiness.
Healing shame begins when you stop running from your emotions and allow them to be seen with kindness.
Take a slow breath and remind yourself that you are safe, seen, and worthy of peace.
