Steering system/tie rod adjustment, fabbing a turbo drain

When I moved the steering rack forward to clear the transmission, the steering angles changed. I thought that would make the stock tie rods too short, but they were still plenty long enough to use. Also, I fabbed up a drain for my turbo, which will work really well with the front sump oil pan.
