Today is the last day (DAY 5!) of our new 2-Week Resistance Band Challenge!

In this 10-minute resistance band workout, we're targeting our upper body! That means it's all about the ABCs, baby (read: arms, back, and chest).

I'm using a light band in this video, but use whatever resistance is right for you!

If you don't have a resistance band, you can just use your own body resistance by squeezing your muscles.

What's the 2-Week Resistance Band Challenge?

This 2-Week Resistance Band Challenge contains six videos that each have a different focus. The videos range from 10 to 20 minutes and go live on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
