On Memorial Day I uploaded a video of the woman who had her husband assault my husband, drive by. That was the only 'interaction' (if you can even call it that) they had that day. I've uploaded videos of her driving by before, just to keep track of all my videos in one place. A little background; in May of last year this woman and her husband storm down to my house. She claims to be upset about how my husband was driving. She and her husband proceed to scream and call my husband several nasty names. Her husband than slaps my husband, knocking his phone to the ground and breaks it, then punches him in the face. My husband pressed charges against her husband for the assault, her husband is currently serving two years on probation for the assault. After he pressed charges against her husband, she proceeded to try to get a sexually based stalking restraining order against my husband, that was denied. The only evidence that was submitted was a recording of my husband telling the crazy cat lady (a different neighbor) to leave him alone (perjury, she said he went down to her house yelling at her, she wasn't involved in the conversation at all, it occurred on my property). He was not allowed to submit any evidence. However, the judge granted a regular restraining order, for all parties, meaning my husband has a restraining order against her and her husband as well. Fast forward to Memorial Day. She decides to call 911 and make up some elaborate story about how he's harassing her. They never exchanged a single word that day. Also, the owner of the corner store is willing to go to court in my husband's defense. My husband has done HVAC and plumbing for the store. My husband has no problem with any neighbor (other than the cat lady who screams at everyone.) Here's how a woman can lie and manipulate into getting her way. Zero pictures, video, witnesses, zero evidence at all and can get a warrant out for a man's arrest. Don't you love the fact she can even threaten my husband in front of the cops and that's okay? My husband suffers from extreme anxiety and PSTD. I've recently been dealing with a few health issues. We're raising 4 kids. We don't have time for this nonsense and just wish she would stop already.
