Naheed Nenshi's campaign platform included making it easier to not just review City Council sessions (in greater detail offered up by minutes), but also for citizens to engage.

I'm proposing that City of Calgary can move forward immediately to improve transparency & accessibility by leveraging open source software, cheap streaming audio hosts, and YouTube.
